  3. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping $150 mxn, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
    • We can generate a shipping guide for you to send us the package or you can send us one of your choice.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
    • Please securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Refund or Exchange:

    • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • Exchanges will be subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:
