Purchase and shipping policies

Although our e-commerce operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the delivery time for all of Mexico is 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. The delivery period begins from the payment confirmation and data analysis, which may take up to one business day, and the customer will receive the order confirmation email.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.

SHIPPING - DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL

Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays will be processed on the next business day. The standard shipping fee for domestic shipments is $150.00 MXN via Fedex, and for international shipments via FedEx, it is $35 USD. We will verify the situation with the shipping company and communicate with you to provide a response.

For international shipments, the time and cost may vary. However, when you proceed to checkout and enter the destination city, the shipping rate will be provided.

Anhe does not cover taxes or customs fees imposed by each country upon importation. Customs policies vary by country, so we cannot predict the exact charges. Taxes related to the purchase are the customer's responsibility. For more information, please contact the customs offices in your area.
